Karst Form Workflow

The Karst forms on this  site have a workflow model that is not terribly complex, but you'll need to understand it to report the Karst formations. 

Every Karst form can be in one of several states:

• Draft - The form has been submitted, and you can still modify the form
• Review - You are done editing the form and want to submit it to the editors for approval - Only the editors can change it now.
• Approved - The form is now finalized, and is published and accessible on the site. 

As a form submitter on the site, you may only change the state of forms you have submitted, and you may only change them from Draft status to Review Status.  The side editors may change the forms from any state to any other state.  They may also send a form back to you by changing it from Review state to Draft state.  In that case, you will receive an email telling you that this has happened.
